ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

 

The Village of Hobart (population 11,500), a growing community within the Green Bay Metropolitan area, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (20 hours/week - $20.00 per hour) to serve as the welcoming point of contact in the Village Office. This role will provide essential clerical and customer service support by assisting to keep daily Village operations running smoothly. The daily tasks will include records management, licensing, elections, and tax collection. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
